I am super happy you are here

If you don’t know me, i’m a content creator from Manchester. I make content mostly around being a late diagnosed autistic adhd person.

I was diagnosed with ADHD on April 7th 2022 and diagnosed Autistic on May 12th 2023

I am on a journey of unmasking, learning and growing, and I thought I would take you along with me.

We all start somewhere, and it can be so overwhelming at times. I am here to make the learning journey a little easier for you.

My Special Interests

As an autistic person, I have special interests, and as an ADHDer I have a lot of hyper fixation hobbies & intense interests.

  • Animals, especially Cows, Sharks, Frogs, Snakes

  • Horror Genre

  • Halloween

  • Scream

  • Socks

  • Mugs

  • Pink things

  • Pole fitness

  • Art

  • Vincent Van Gogh

  • Doctor Who

  • Make-up

Probably so many more things but my little adhd brain an't think right now.

Accomplishments

I often don't take the time to acknowledge my accomplishments, but some things I have done that I am proud of

  • Wrote an E-Book tilted "10 things I wish I knew before I started recovery"

  • Grew a following over 600 thousand people

  • Design and sell my own art prints

  • Start an ADHD coaching course this coming January (2024)

  • Created a burnout recovery template that I have linked for free

  • Did a talk at the Autism Show

  • Created a YouTube channel

  • Currently writing a book 👀

Facts about me

Okay, I struggle to talk about myself so here are just a few facts about me that may or may not be relevant or interesting to know.

  • My birthday is January 10th

  • My favourite colour is Green (forest & Sage)

  • Pink is my colour, anything in the right shade of pink just makes my heart happy

  • I have a cat called Zero

  • Zero is named after the dog in the Nightmare Before Christmas

  • Halloween is my favourite holiday

  • Scream is my go to movie

  • Bobs Burgers is one of my comfort shows

  • Sushi / Japanese is my favourite food

  • I create content online in hopes it will bring other people comfort

  • I like the rain but not if it's cold
